From indoor play to outdoor exploration, there is something for everyone. As families get into the busy rhythm of school and extracurricular activities, it’s important to remember to make the time to relax and recreate together! According to Recreation Coordinator Jill Ruot, “Staying active is not only important for your physical health (strong bones, muscles and healthy organs) but for your mental well-being too.” Physical activity can help improve energy levels, concentration and even sleep.
