4th of July 2022 Join Apache Junction Parks & Recreation Department as we celebrate Independence Day! We will be kicking off events at the 4th of July Volleyball Tournament held at Superstition Shadows Aquatic Center. Registration for the free tournament begins at 7:15am. Space limited to the first 8 teams (up to 10 players per team) to register. Tournament begins at 8am. Superstition Shadows Aquatic Center will be open for swimming from 9am-3pm on the Fourth of July (daily admission rates apply). Join us for evening festivities at the Apache Junction High School for live music, Game Booths, inflatables, Free Watermelon, and Fireworks! The gates will open at 6pm, fireworks will start (weather permitting) at 8:30 pm. The Fireworks Show is presented by Republic Services. This event is free!
